Orders shall be placed via email and telephonically (Whatsapp).
We reserve all rights to accept or decline an order placed, and this can be subject to the availability of products as well as successful payment of an order.
Availability of products will be provided upon request via email, WhatsApp or telephonically.
If an order is placed and items become unavailable after an order is placed, we shall notify you and refund you in full.
Prices available on our website are subject to change without prior notice.
We have the right to change prices of goods and services, and any change will be communicated via a written notice.
Estimated time of arrival of products range from 7 to 14 working days after the payment has been made, and where branding needs to be done, after artwork has been approved by the customer.
Our branding services our subject to additional charges and a specified percentage of payment will be required before commencement of branding proceed.
A confirmed and paid order becomes a binding contract and cannot be cancelled.
All damages/shortages must be reported within twenty-four (24) hours of delivery.
Any product supplied by Visual Acuity Trading CC and found to be defective must be reported to us within 3 days of delivery. If we are not notified within the 3-day period, we reserve the right to waive any eligibility for return or replacement.
Written approval from our management is mandatory before retuning of collected stock.
All returns will need to be accompanied by the invoice/s issued.
A 25% handling and administration fee will apply to returned stock, and no orders will be accepted in future unless these fees are handled.
Specific products are covered under warranty, given that they have not been misused in any way. Warranty coverage is available through original manufacturer’s warranties; however, it is important to note the certain goods exempt from product warranties may have latent defects, and Visual Acuity Trading CC is not responsible for them. Visual Acuity Trading CC does also not warrant that the products/goods are suitable for any specific purpose.
Our liability is limited to repairing or replacing faulty goods, issuing a credit or refunding an amount equal to the value of the goods. In the case of retuned goods with no faults, all cost associated with the return will be the customers responsibility.
